The Kentucky Community and Technical College System
(KCTCS) Board of Regents met on April 8, 1998, at 1:30 p.m. (EDT) at the
Wyndham Hotel in Lexington, Kentucky. Vice Chair Hoseus presided.

The following members were present:
Michael Hoseus, Bobby McCool, John Banks, Jack Hanel, Diana Lutz,
Mark Powell, Marvin Russow, Cindy Fiorella, Cynthia Read, and
Richard Bean. |
| EXECUTIVE SESSION |
MOTION:Mr. Banks moved, seconded by Dr. Hanel,
that the Board go into executive session for the purpose of
individual personnel matters.
VOTE: The motion passed, and the Board went into
executive Session at 1:50 p.m.
The Board came out of executive session at 5:30
p.m. |

The Board adjourned at 5:30
