Every county in Kentucky has a Property Valuation Administration
(PVA) office whose duty it is to
assess property, both real and personal, that lies within that
county. But not all PVA offices are the same when it comes to
utilizing technology. Webster County's PVA Office was the first
Kentucky PVA Office to have digital property maps on the KYGEONET,
a "one-stop-shop" for geographic data resources related
to the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Their Website is an amazing resource for accessing digital
maps of the county, helping land managers, oil and gas companies,
surveyors, appraisers, real estate companies, land owners and
many others.

Above is a digital view of land parcels in Webster County. To
help make their site as robust as possible, Webster County works
closely with the Kentucky Geological Survey, the Water Resource
Information System (WRIS), the Revenue Cabinet and other state
agencies.
