Spirit of the Arts License Plate

Show your enthusiasm and support for Kentucky's arts by applying for a new "Spirit of the Arts" specialty license plate.

The Kentucky Arts Council is a state agency in the Commerce Cabinet that receives funding from
the Kentucky Legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts.
