Northern Kentuckian Selected to Sit on Board of Directors

             Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of Michael Surrey of Fort Mitchell to the Assistive Technology Corporation Board of Directors. This corporation provides the ability for persons with disabilities to obtain low interest loans for the acquisition of assistive technology.

            Michael Surrey is a former member of Leadership Northern Kentucky and currently chairs the Northern Kentucky Bar Construction Law Committee. He received his B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Centre College and went on to receive his J.D. from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law. 

             Michael Surrey practices with Graydon, Head, and Ritchey, LLP in Fort Mitchell, and is a member of the board of directors of New Perceptions, Inc. New Perceptions, Inc. is a non-profit corporation located in Edgewood that assists infants and adults with developmental disabilities and mental retardation to reach their maximum potential through intervention, education, therapy and employment.
