What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is a free service available to anyone with an Internet connection to download and listen to key happenings across the commonwealth. Users can view the addresses on their computer or take the downloads with them on their mp3 device. 

If I don't have an mp3 player can I still subscribe to the podcast?
Yes.  You may still download the audio and video and listen to the files on your own computer.
