Governor Ernie Fletcher to Celebrate Completion of Owen County Highway Improvement Project

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher will join Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, local and state officials in a ceremonial ribbon cutting for KY 22 improvements in Owen County. The $5.5 million dollar project will improve safety and traffic flow near Owen County High School, widening the highway to three lanes and including bike lanes, sidewalks and curbs.
