Storage Tank Dedication
Governor Ernie Fletcher joined Marathan Petroleum Company officials
and other state and local leaders Thursday, September 22,
to dedicate a new "Kentucky Unbridled Spirit" mural that has
been painted on a large crude oil tank near I-64 and U.S.
23 in Catlettsburg, Kentucky. The 6.3 million gallon tank
mural is clearly visible to drivers as they cross the West
Virginia border into Kentucky.
