FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed Angela C. Leet, of Louisville, as the newest member of the Land Bank Authority. 

Leet is the co-owner and economic development director of Chamberlin Enterprises, LLC. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where she earned a master's degree in engineering. Leet continued her education at the University of Houston, where she received a master's of business administration. She volunteers as a Partners in Education liaison, a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day coordinator and a Habitat for Humanity builder. 

The Land Bank Authority is charged with acquiring tax delinquent properties to use for improving jobs, industry and housing for the public.
