Governor Fletcher delivered on his promise to fight Kentucky's prescription drug abuse crisis
Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher delivered on his promise to focus on the pervasive drug problem facing Kentucky by holding a ceremonial bill signing of Senate Bill 14 today. SB 14 upgraded the Kentucky All Schedule Prescription Electronic Reporting (KASPER) system. The Governor officially signed this bill into law on April 9th. Lt. Governor Steve Pence, Attorney General Greg Stumbo, and Senator Dick Roeding joined in for today's ceremonial signing.
