Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher has announced today the appointment of Julie Reinhardt Ward of Alexandria, KY to fill the vacancy in the office of Circuit Judge, Division 1, Campbell County. This vacancy was caused by the resignation of the Hon. William J. Wehr. Julie Reinhardt Ward is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University (1992) and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law (1995).
