Former Chiropractor of the Year Dr. Victor Holt Cooper of  Russell Springs Appointed by Governor Fletcher

Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of a Russell Springs chiropractor, Dr. Victor Holt Cooper, to the Kentucky State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. The Kentucky State Board of Chiropractic Examiners consists of five chiropractic doctors appointed by the Governor who have been in practice for at least five years preceding their appointment.

Dr. Victor Holt Cooper has been involved in numerous organizations and is currently a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Kentucky Chiropractic Society, and is a former Board member of the Russell County School Board. Dr. Cooper was also voted Chiropractor of the Year in 1994 by the Kentucky Chiropractic Society.

Dr. Cooper is a graduate of Upper Iowa University and the Palmer College of Chiropractic.
