| Employee Satisfaction - How Satisfied Are You? |

 How satisfied are you with your current job? If you are like an alarming number of workers in the country, you aren’t. According to the Herman Trend Alert, at least 30% of the nation’s workforce is unsatisfied with their current employment and these workers have begun focusing, not on the job at hand, but on other employment opportunities. If these numbers are representative, that equates to over half a million (557,900) unhappy workers in Kentucky alone. |

Workforce Kentucky Version 2.1 Arrives
An updated version of the web site's features and functions has been installed to make Workforce Kentucky even more user friendly. The site upgrade consisted of 26 major enhancements along with several minor tweaks. |
