As Commissioner of the Department of Insurance, it is my pleasure to introduce you to the services provided by our agency.
Please take a moment to briefly acquaint yourself with the various divisions within the Department and the duties carried out by each division.
Insurance is an extremely complex industry. It is my duty to set the policy for, and manage, the many divisions within the Department and ensure that the citizens of Kentucky are provided the very best services, not only from the Department of Insurance, but from those specific industries in the private sector over which we have statutory or regulatory oversight.
