The Country Rockers: These 30+ members are a cut above the average dance troop!  They have three appearances on TNN’s Wildhorse Dance Club under their belts, but what makes the group extraordinary is their commitment to charity, playing hosts every year to “Toys for Tots” and “Food Baskets for the Needy” charity drives.

The Cumberland Highlanders Show: Bluegrass Music’s only national television show takes center stage at this year’s Derby Breakfast!  The band, which is led by Dr. Campbell Mercer, a native of London, KY, is made up of past members of Bill Munroe’s Bluegrass Boys, The Wilson Brothers, and the original Cumberland Highlanders of Laurel County.

Lindsey Marks and Toni Lynn Moffit: The reigning Miss Capital City and Miss Capital of the Commonwealth are eagerly awaiting their opportunities to represent Frankfort in the Miss Kentucky Scholarship Pageant, where one lucky young lady from the Commonwealth will have the opportunity to follow in the foot steps of Heather French by competing at the Miss America Pageant in October.  Miss Marks is an 18 year old graduating senior at Franklin County High School with plans to attend Louisville University in the fall.  Miss Moffit is a 21 year old junior at the University of Kentucky, studying interior design.  She is a resident of Nicholasville.  The duo will be performing a wide variety of songs.

Mellow Strings: This unique group of musicians will entertain and enlighten any crowd with their ensemble of traditional country folk instruments.  The group is based in Frankfort.

Linton and Tammy May.
