Gov. Paul Patton, center, cut the ribbon October 6 to officially open a new interchange on the Western Kentucky Parkway at KY 175 near the community of Graham.  Before the interchange was built, residents of the area had to drive 10 miles or more to get to the parkway, the primary east-west highway in Western Kentucky.
