First Ladies Judi Patton, center, and Glenna Fletcher, left, greeted Tammie Raisor of Frankfort, one of more than 1,400 state government employees who came to the December 1 Governor's Mansion Christmas open house.  At the annual Christmas reception, state employees visit with the Governor and his family, enjoy refreshments, and also contribute canned goods and cash gifts for charities.  This year's Mansion reception is the last for Gov. and Mrs. Paul Patton, whose term in office expires on December 8.  On December 9, Governor-elect Ernie Fletcher and Mrs. Fletcher will take residence in the historic Governor's Mansion at the beginning of the new administration.
