After extended applause after his introduction at the Council on Postsecondary Education's Trusteeship Conference, Governor Paul Patton spoke to the group about the future challenges for higher education in Kentucky.  Patton championed post secondary education reform in 1997.  The CPE meeting was held in Hebron on Monday, September 22.
