Gov. Patton joins local officials at the ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the completion of a runway extension at the Lebanon-Springfield airport in Washington County.  Improvements included lengthening the runway by 1,000 feet, to 5,000 feet total; and widening the runway to 100 feet.
